What is the difference between Rosebuds Feminine Products & other Brands?

The difference between Rosebuds and the other brands is our effective formulations that make women feel more confident and refreshed.

Is Rosebuds Feminine Wash pH-balanced?

Yes, some of our products are in particular the Boric Acid Line.

What does “pH-balanced” mean?

The pH scale goes from 0 to 14. If something is acidic it is below 7. Anything above 7 is alkaline (or basic). Your skin’s pH (neutral) is not the same as the pH of your vagina (acidic). Rosebuds pH-balanced products are formulated to be in harmony with your vulva which is mildly acidic.

Why does the pH level of a Feminine Wash formula matter?

The vulva (the exterior or outside of the vagina) has an acidic pH of around 4 to 6. Most soaps have an alkaline pH of around 8 to 10 which can be harsh on vulva skin. Washes at the appropriate pH level will be the gentlest on the delicate skin of your vulva.

Do Rose Buds contain fragrance?

Yes, some of Rosebuds products contain fragrances at a safe level. We cater to both sensitive and normal skin types. We have products available suitable for all skin types.

May any of your products be used as a contraceptive?

No.

How long can I use Boric Acid Suppositories?

No longer than 10-14 days per month.

When should I visit my doctor?

It is important for females to get regular check-ups from their doctors. Feminine hygiene products should NOT replace a visit to your physician. Our products do NOT intend to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any diseases.
